Join us for a powerful, fun & interactive program. 7 (2.5hr/wk) classes followed by 7 monthly 2.5hr support groups.


Empower yourself by learning communication skills to create relationships based on respect, care, trust and connection. Learn to understand your emotions and those of others. Learn to understand the connection between behaviour and emotions and how you can make a difference.

Use the skills you learn to: resolve conflict, deseculate potential violence, craft needs based requests, and untangle confusing and painful conversations.
